Now Vice President and Business Unit Manager, Creaform since the acquisition of the company by AMETEK, Martin Lamontagne is the former president and CEO of Creaform. He is in charge of the management, strategic direction and the development of the entire Creaform Group and its worldwide offices.The management and growth model he first implemented in 2002 enabled the company to increase its sales tenfold over 5 years. In 2006, he received the Young Entrepreneur of the Year award from the BDC. Under his leadership, the company made the North American Technology Fast 500 for the first time in 2008.
Martin has close to 20 years of experience in high technology, product development and management and has strong expertise in emergent technologies, metrology and reverse engineering in the automotive and aerospace industries. He started his career at Bombardier’s recreational division and quickly climbed the ladder to become project leader and work at the U.S premises of the multinational. He then worked in Modelex’s pattern shop and later as program director before co-founding Creaform in 2002.
Martin holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with a specialization in simultaneous engineering, as well as a master’s degree in business management from Université Laval.
As Head of Sales for EMEA, Pierre-Hugues Allard is responsible for Creaform's sales offices in Germany, France and Italy as well as its distribution network in Europe, the Middle-East and Africa. He has over 10 years' experience in international sales, business development and product management in the high-tech sector. He joined Creaform in 2010 to establish Creaform's NDT division. He took over the management of EMEA in 2014 after this commercial success.
Mr. Allard has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Université Laval in Québec City, with an International Profile (ENSAM France).
Stéphane Auclair arrived at Creaform as marketing director in 2007, setting up and managing the Marketing Department as it is today. Now Vice-President, Marketing, he is in charge of branding, prospect generation and sales support, among others. Stéphane has 15 years experience in product portfolio and development management in the manufacturing industry, particularly as R&D project manager and product manager at a major company (+$200M revenues).
Stéphane holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Université Laval and an MBA from UQAM. He also participated in an engineering exchange program at the University of Rhode Island.
Now Vice-President of 3D Engineering Services, David Gagné joined Creaform in 2005 as program manager before he was promoted director of the U.S. Sales Team. David has over 15 years of experience, 10 of them in design project management at major manufacturing companies such as Julien and IPL. His expertise extends to sheet metal, automotive, recreational products, plastic injection molding and heavy industry.
David holds a mechanical engineering degree from Université de Sherbrooke with a specialization in simultaneous engineering.
As Vice-President of Technology Sales for the Americas, Stéphane Galibois is in charge of business development and strategic accounts for North America, and also oversees Creaform’s team of sales specialists and its continental distribution network. Stéphane has extensive expertise in 3D technologies, particularly in product development and quality control. Before joining Creaform, he worked for 10 years in the aeronautical and industrial gas turbine industry with Pratt & Whitney and Rolls Royce in Montreal.
Stéphane holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Université de Sherbrooke.
As Vice-President of Sales APAC, Carl Mercier is responsible for overseeing the activities and sales of Creaform’s Asian offices. He has more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing of analytical instrumentation, and has been assuming higher management positions for the past 15 years. Most notably, he was Olympus NDT’s Sales Director for Canada, Taiwan, India & Korea and also Sales & Marketing Director for APAC before joining Creaform. Before that, he acted as Vice-President of Sales and Marketing at R/D Tech.
Carl holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialization in finance from Université Laval.
Charles Reny is currently Vice-President, Finance and Administration at Creaform. He has over 20 years of experience in finance and management, mainly in executive positions among fast growing and international technological societies.
Before joining Creaform, Charles worked at the executive direction and vice-presidency levels of Anapharm. He also worked at Biogénie for nearly 15 years, 12 of them as Director, Finance and Administration.
Mr. Reny holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialization in accounting from Université Laval.
As Vice-President, Innovation and Technologies, Marco St-Pierre oversees management of R&D and Technical Support. Since joining Creaform in 2005, he has worked tirelessly to push back the limits of 3D technology. Marco has 15 years experience in the high tech, transportation and molding industries as engineering director for a molding company and as design team leader and then project director at Modelex among others.
Marco holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Université Laval.
As vice-president for Operations, Fanny Truchon will be responsible for managing and coordinating all of the manufacturing operations for the Creaform Innovation & Technology division. She cumulates over 20 years of experience in the management of manufacturing operations. Notably, she worked for Procter & Gamble for 12 years, during which time she climbed the corporate ladder, until she obtained an executive position. During her career, she received many prestigious prizes, including the Pinnacle Award for manufacturing excellence in quality assurance. Before joining Creaform, she was the director of manufacturing operations at cycling outfitter Louis Garneau Sport.
Fanny holds a chemical engineering degree from the École Polytechnique de Montréal, with a specialization in plastic materials.
