The 2009 Edition
The theme of the contest this year: “Bring Out Your Inner Indiana Jones!”
In 2009, Creaform called upon the explorer hiding in all participants of the Handyscan 3D contest! The goal of the teams was to show something cultural, and from whatever present, past, or imaginary culture.
The only technical limitation was to use a VIUscan.
The spectacular results were first shown at the Creaform staff Christmas party.
The winning team was selected following terrible indecision, since both entries were so amazing: the STL cup was awarded to the “Bodies Scan” team.
Congratulations to all participants for their imagination, their resourcefulness and their technical expertise!
