Geomagic Studio is a software platform that enables the creation of accurate digital models from any physical part and provides unparalleled automation and simplicity without compromise. Geomagic Capture is a scan data collection and preparation module, with the ability to interface directly with major scanning devices, while Geomagic Wrap is a point cloud and polygon mesh editing module, with extensive creation, repair and modification tools. Lastly, Geomagic Shape is a NURBS surface generation module; surface creation can be manual, semi-automated, or completely automatic.

The Geomagic Qualify software is an automated control software that speeds up processes, ensure in-depth analysis and guarantees the measurements’ repeatability. It digitally inspects as-built versus as-designed parts. Geomagic Qualify is the link that was missing betwen CAD and CAM. It enables fast, accurate, easy-to-understand graphical comparisons between CAD models and as-built parts for first-article inspection, inline or shop-floor inspection, trend analysis, and in-depth assessment.

The various software developed by Geomagic are mainly used for 3D scanning, reverse engineering, design, inspection, digital manufacturing and medical applications.
