The Prelude INSPECTION software is a comprehensive and independent 3D metrology solution compatible with most of the measuring instruments generally used (CMM, laser trackers, laser scanners, CMM portable arms) and with all the computer-assisted design (CAD) standards of the market. It offers complete measure and control functionalities, such as “online” and “offline” coding of ranges and trajectories, optimum execution on all existing measurement machines and production of complete analysis reports and detailed statistical data. Through non-contact sensor scanning, this tool enables the comparison of a digitized part with its CAD model or with the master cast part, by doing a three-dimensional control and shape imperfections analysis.
The Prelude INSPECTION software is mainly used for metrology and conformity assessment applications.
