Advantages of the HandyPROBE Solution

Portable measurement solutions are commonly used for this type of verification. Also, the alignment functionality and automation of the HandyPROBE coordinate measurement machine ensure both systematic or random measurements with unsurpassed reliability and speed.

The automatic alignment allows verifying some characteristics of the part in less than 45 seconds, which is compatible with most production cycles.

It is even possible with HandyPROBE to fully automate the measurement, thus saving the development costs of dedicated monitoring tools based on electronic comparators. To achieve this, it's simply a matter of replacing the comparator with test probes equipped with reflectors. When the tooling supporting the test probes is placed in contact with the workpiece, the C-Track instantly measures the reflector position and the measurement software verifies the compliance of the part.
