투자를 이어가고 있다.
퀘벡 레비, 2023년 9월 21일— AMETEK, Inc. 사업부이자 자동 및 휴대용 3D 측정 솔루션 분야의 세계적 리더인 Creaform은 최첨단 고객 서비스 센터에 대한 막대한 투자를 통해 전세계적으로 고객 경험을 향상시키기 위한 중요한 개선 계획을 발표했다. 이는 Creaform이 질적 성장에도 목표를 두고 글로벌 고객 지원을 제공하기 투자의 일환이다.
Creaform은 올해 한국, 태국, 브라질, 멕시코, 대만(General Integration Technology Co., Ltd.(GIT)와 협력), 인도네시아(PT. Global Digital Form과 협력), 터키(MEGA Danışmanlık Temsilcilik Dış Tic. A.Ş와 협력), 영국(Measurement Solutions Limited와 협력) 등 8개의 새로운 서비스 센터를 개설했다.
이외에 말레이시아, 이스라엘, 오스트레일리아, 인도, 싱가포르, 뉴질랜드, 사우디아라비아, 베트남에도 센터를 개설할 계획에 있다. 개설된 8개의 서비스 센터와 함께 계획중인 8개 국가의 서비스 센터는 2023년 및 2024년 개설을 목표로 하고 있다.
고객 경험을 최적화를 위해 개설하는 새로운 서비스 센터는 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어 지원, 캘리브레이션, 진단, 물류 및 소모품 공급을 비롯하여 광범위한 서비스에 특화되어 있다. 전세계 고객이 제품과 솔루션을 최대한 활용할 수 있도록 제공되는 다국어 서비스와 주요 국가에 개설된 비스 센터를 통해 고객은 빠른 서비스와 배송 비용을 절감할 수 있다.
