ISO 9001 : 2008 Certification
In the fall of 2011, Creaform received the ISO 9001 : 2008 certification. For this certification and in order to ensure the quality of its products and services and client satisfaction, Creaform has implemented a quality management system (QMS) in accordance with the ISO 9001 : 2008 standard requirements. This system reflects the interconnectedness of the company’s processes and allows for ongoing improvement according to the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) management principle.

Commitment to RoHS
Creaform is committed to meeting all requirements of the European Union’s (EU) RoHS (Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Directive. This directive requires product design strategies for a better environment for electrical and electronic equipment sold into EU countries.
Compliance statement
We declare that all Creaform products comply with the European RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC (Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment), which restricts the following substances in electrical and electronic equipment: lead, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, mercury, polybrominated biphenyls and polybrominated diphenyl ethers.
Compliance is evidenced by written declaration from our suppliers. Creaform does not routinely conduct destructive testing or chemical analysis of incoming material and does not warranty and guarantee the accuracy of this information. National Institute of Metrology (NIM) Certification
In July of 2010, Creaform obtained the National Institute of Metrology’s certification, after passing a series of tests under a subset of the ASME B89.4.22 standard.
CE Marking
All the products manufactured by Creaform have received the CE marking, which is a key indicator of a product's compliance with European Union legislation.
