A woman of conviction, passion and vision, Fanny Truchon has been President of the Creaform Group since March 2018. Before taking over the management of this organization, Fanny first acted as Vice President of operations and customer support starting in 2013. She successfully led major projects for the organization, including the relocation of the head office.
Fanny began her career at Procter & Gamble in Belleville, Ontario, and took on a variety of projects and roles over a period of 13 years, and joined the company's senior management team. She then put her vast expertise in operational excellence and strategic management to work for several Quebec manufacturing companies as a consultant and coach.
Fanny holds a degree in chemical engineering from Polytechnique Montréal.
Appointed in 2011 as controller of Creaform’s foreign subsidiaries, Félix Savard has since moved to Finance Manager in 2015, and to Vice President, Finance in 2020. Mr. Savard is a key stakeholder in the growth of Creaform’s global operations, and in the evolution of the financial tools for analysis and communication that supported that growth. As Finance VP, one of Felix’s goals is to monitor the evolution of tools used for analyzing and communicating financial information, to support the continuous growth of the company. In addition to his career path at Creaform, Mr. Savard has nearly 10 years of experience in audit and certification at Deloitte.
M. Savard earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting expertise from Université Laval in 2004, and he is a member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec since 2006.

As International Sales VP, Marc-Antoine Schneider leads the execution of Creaform’s global sales and business development strategies and tactics for all territories and application markets.
With a master’s degree in business administration, Mr. Schneider originally joined Creaform in 2008 and held several positions in sales for the company, including Regional Sales Manager of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). During his tenure at Creaform, Marc-Antoine has developed and expanded the company’s network of distributors across multiple countries. Before being named Head of Sales, he was Creaform’s EMEA Sales Territory Manager and contributed to opening up branches in Italy and Spain.
Stéphane Auclair joined Creaform in 2007 as Marketing Director, and holds the position of Vice President of Marketing and Product Management since 2011. As such, he is responsible for brand strategy, product positioning, lead generation and global awareness, sales enablement, and communications. Under his collaborative leadership, the marketing team has always been at the forefront of the digital transformation and has constantly relied on a mix of creativity, rigor, agility and efficiency in order to execute marketing programs, of which the results are tangible and measurable, and which have been instrumental in the growth of Creaform over the past 15 years. Thanks to its 25+ years of experience in B2B marketing and product management both in the manufacturing and technology sectors, Mr. Auclair contributes to various AMETEK global marketing initiatives, and serves as a marketing and product management advisor to start-ups and smaller companies in the Quebec City area.
Stéphane holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Université Laval, which included an exchange program with the University of Rhode Island (1996), and an MBA from UQAM (2004).

Marco St-Pierre, eng.
Innovation and Technology Business Unit Vice President
As Vice President, Innovation and Technology, Marco St-Pierre is in charge of the research and development team, who develop Creaform’s 3D scanning technology and continually push the boundaries of portable metrology. Since he joined Creaform in 2005, he held several positions, but his experience lies mainly in project management and product development. Before joining the ranks of Creaform, he worked in high tech, transport and molding, acting as engineering manager and project manager.
Marco holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Université Laval.
Currently Vice President of Operations, Denis joined Creaform in 2014 as Director of Creaform Engineering. With over 20 years of management experience in the manufacturing and service industries, Denis has developed an extensive expertise in leading teams in quality assurance, regulatory affairs, engineering, and operations. He is renowned for his ability to bring together multidisciplinary teams towards a common goal, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Denis holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA from Université Laval.

Customer Services Business Unit Vice President
Now Vice-President, Customer Services, David Gagné joined Creaform in 2005 as Program Director before being promoted to Head of the US Sales, and then Vice President, Engineering Services. Mr. Gagné has over 25 years of experience in various management positions, during which he gained extensive knowledge in product development and manufacturing in the automotive, shipbuilding, plastics, and high technology industries.
Mr. Gagné graduated from Université de Sherbrooke in mechanical engineering, with a specialization in simultaneous engineering.
Philippe Cusson joined the company in 2020 as Vice President of our Engineering Services. The Creaform Engineering team is a trusted ally to the most innovative leaders for their product development.
As a result of his experience as Vice President of Power Systems (Wajax), and Manager of Advanced Engineering Services (IPL Plastics), he acquired a wealth of expertise in strategic management and innovative solutions. He developed a detailed knowledge of various sectors ranging from industrial, marine and mining, transport and defence, to plastics processing and energy production. His main goal is to continue to build our team of experts in order to provide unparalleled engineering capabilities for our global customers.

Mélissa Lafond, attorney
Human Resources and Culture Business Unit Vice President
Mélissa Lafond joined Creaform in July 2021 as Vice President, Human Resources and Culture. Boasting over ten years of experience in human resources, she stands out for her ability to develop and implement human resource strategies in a rapidly changing environment.
Holding a Bachelor of Law and admitted to the Quebec Bar, Mélissa started her career as an attorney of labour law before developing a keen interest in human resources.
Yves Richard is Vice-President of Information Technology. He coordinates the entire digital transformation within Creaform. Yves worked mainly in the automotive and manufacturing industries with over 25 years of experience in leading multidisciplinary and multi-site teams, building strategic and tactical planning. He has been a technology business advisor for several vice presidencies in manufacturing, sales and distribution, finance, marketing, and after-sales services globally, and he led the delivery of large-scale programs/projects around the world, mainly with SAP and Salesforce.
He is renowned for his ability to build high-performance strategic plan delivery teams, and to accelerate the business growth plans supported by strength technology and integrated business processes. Powerful adept of Lean Six Sigma and Scaleup methodologies, he is hands-on, on the floor, along with his coworkers, to provide successful ingredients to the team.
