Now Vice President and Business Unit Manager since March 2018, Fanny oversees the management, strategic direction and development of the entire Creaform Group as well as its worldwide offices, part of AMETEK. She succeeds Martin Lamontagne, former President and Creaform Founder.
Fanny has over 25 years of experience in strategic management of manufacturing operations and has previously served as Vice-President of Operations and Customer Support for Creaform since 2013. During her tenure, she was responsible for the implementation of a world-class production and supply chain management system through a threefold technology volume growth, the implementation of several repair centers worldwide as well as the relocation of its factory headquarters.
Fanny started her career at Procter & Gamble in Belleville, Ontario in technical leadership as well as production and operations positions. Having achieved a senior management position as site delivery leader, Fanny left after close to 13 years to put her deep expertise in operation excellence and strategic management as a consultant and coach helping several Quebec manufacturing businesses. Prior to joining Creaform, she managed the operations for cycling apparel Louis Garneau. She has the proven management expertise, broad understanding of the dimensional-measurement market, and extensive internal experience to make a significant contribution to Creaform’s continued success evolution.
Fanny holds a chemical engineering degree from Polytechnique Montréal, with a specialization in plastic materials.
As Vice-President of Sales, Pierre-Hugues Allard is responsible for Creaform’s global technology sales. He has over 15 years of experience in international sales, business development, and product management in the high-tech sector. He joined Creaform in 2010 to establish Creaform’s NDT division. After this commercial success, he took over sales management in EMEA in 2014 and promoted to global sales in 2018.
Mr. Allard has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with an international profile from Université Laval in Quebec City and ENSAM France.
Stéphane Auclair arrived at Creaform as marketing director in 2007, setting up and managing the Marketing Department as it is today. Now Vice-President, Marketing, he is in charge of branding, prospect generation and sales support, among others. Stéphane has 15 years experience in product portfolio and development management in the manufacturing industry, particularly as R&D project manager and product manager at a major company (+$200M revenues).
Stéphane holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Université Laval and an MBA from UQAM. He also participated in an engineering exchange program at the University of Rhode Island.
Now Vice-President - After-Sales and Metrology Services, David Gagné joined Creaform in 2005 as Program Director before being promoted to Head of the US Sales team and then Vice-President - Engineering Services. Mr. Gagné has more than 25 years of experience in various management positions, during which time he gained extensive knowledge of the automotive, aerospace, rail transportation and high technology product development.
Mr. Gagné is a graduate of the University of Sherbrooke in Mechanical Engineering, with specialization in Simultaneous Engineering.
As Vice-President, Innovation and Technologies, Marco St-Pierre oversees management of R&D and Technical Support. Since joining Creaform in 2005, he has worked tirelessly to push back the limits of 3D technology. Marco has 15 years experience in the high tech, transportation and molding industries as engineering director for a molding company and as design team leader and then project director at Modelex among others.
Marco holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Université Laval.
As Vice-President of Operations, Daniel Rivard manages and coordinates manufacturing operations along with Information Technologies for Creaform’s Innovation & Technology Division.
Mr. Rivard brings over 20 years of operational experience in medical equipment and pharmaceutical products to his role as VP of Operations, including as General Manager of Steris, VP of Operations and Development for TSO3, Orthofab and Technical Services Manager with GlaxoSmithKline Biologicals. He also has experience as a Production Manager and Quality Manager in the construction and recreational vehicle industries.
Mr. Rivard holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master’s in Business Administration, and a Certificate in Corporate Governance, all from Université Laval.
